For churches, synagogues & congregations

Stop renting your church software.

Members, giving, pledges, tax receipts and the bookkeeping — built around how your congregation actually runs, and yours to keep. One fee, once. No monthly platform bill, ever.

Our way of giving back

Congregations pay 30% less.

Every dollar a congregation spends on software is a dollar it does not spend on the people it serves. So we take 30% off the build for churches, synagogues, mosques and temples — not a promotion, and not for a limited time. It is simply what we think is right.

The work you do matters more than ours. This is how we help you do more of it.

$6,500 $4,550 A typical congregation build, 30% off $379 a month for twelve months, no interest

Card processing is not in this comparison. Stripe takes its percentage of every gift whoever builds your system, so counting it as a saving would be dishonest.

If you run one $25-a-month tool and nothing else, this maths does not work and we will tell you so in the first hour. You are not our client yet.

Straight answers

The two questions everyone asks us.

“What about the bookkeeping?”

Upload the bank statement once a month. It categorises against a chart of accounts built for a congregation, matches the giving to the households that gave it, separates restricted from unrestricted funds, and produces the board report.

The January receipt run — every receipt, numbered, emailed and archived — happens in one click.

“Will it fit how we do things?”

That is the whole point. We spend the first hour learning how your congregation actually operates — your committees, your pledge cycle, your holidays, your words for things — and build to that. It is not a template you adapt to.

If you need something no system has, we build it. It is yours.

What it does

Everything the office does now, in one place.

Built for a congregation rather than adapted from a sales CRM.

Household & member directory

Families, relationships, life events, committees and roles — with privacy controls on each field, because not everything should be visible to everyone.

Dues, pledges & recurring giving

Annual dues, pledge campaigns and monthly recurring gifts, with reminders and a fulfillment view that shows promised against received.

Tax receipts in one run

Compliant year-end receipts generated, numbered, emailed and archived — the January job that normally eats a week.

Christmas & Easter seat reservation

Free reservation, capacity per service and guest lists for the two weekends that fill the building — and the name of every first-time visitor instead of watching them leave unknown.

And Memorial & liturgical calendar · Pastoral care log · Volunteers & committees · Campaigns & major gifts · Newsletter & broadcast · Facility & hall rentals · Children’s ministry & secure check-in · Board & grant reporting

Being first

We have not built for a church yet.

You would be among our first ten builds. We would rather tell you that than let you find it out when you ask for references — and there are three reasons it is in your favour rather than ours.

The price

Founding-client pricing is why this is a few thousand dollars rather than what it will cost once we have the case studies. What you pay now, you keep.

The founder

You get the person who writes the code, on the phone, for the whole build. Not a support queue and not an account manager.

The motivation

We need your church to go well more than you need us. The first congregation we build for is the reference we will use for the next decade.

What we have built

Not a church. A painting company.

The trade is different and the vocabulary is different. The machinery underneath — one record from first contact to paid invoice, follow-up that runs itself, books that agree without anyone reconciling them — is the same machinery a congregation would get.

Questions congregations ask
We already use Breeze / Planning Center. Why change?
Often you should not — if it fits, keep it. The congregations we help are the ones paying for three or four tools that do not talk to each other, re-keying the same family into each, and still exporting to a spreadsheet for the board report. If that is not you, we will say so in the first hour.
What happens to our existing data?
We migrate it — members, households, giving history, pledges — and reconcile the totals against what you had before rather than hoping. Nothing goes live until the numbers match.
Who maintains it after you hand it over?
You own the code and the data outright, so any competent developer can maintain it. We offer ongoing support monthly if you want it, and it is cancellable. That is deliberate — it keeps us honest.
Our volunteers are not technical.
That is the normal case. Training is part of the build, the sessions are recorded and stay yours for whoever takes over next year, and the system uses your congregation's vocabulary rather than software jargon.
We are not a church — can it handle a synagogue, mosque or temple?
Yes. The demo is a church because that is most of who we build for, but pledge structures, memorial dates, seat reservation for high-attendance services and committee management are configured to your tradition rather than bolted on. The 30% applies either way.
What does it cost?
A one-time build between $5,000 and $10,000 depending on scope, quoted after a free consult. There is no per-member pricing and no monthly platform fee, which is what makes it cheaper than renting within about two years.
